Join us for our @walkwithadoc community walking event at Norris Park. Each walk is led by a local physician, who will start by sharing some information about a relevant health topic. After, we will all join together for a 20-30 minute walk on a nearby trail. This event is completely free and open to people of all ages and abilities. If you can't join us for this event, mark your calendar for the 1st Saturday at 10am and 3rd Monday at 5:30pm each month!
